OEM reference: This kit replaces the Triumph T1242501 and T1242502 IACV/vacuum hose arrangement on the compatible models listed above.
VIN takes priority: Check the VIN where shown. Triumph made specification changes during production runs, so the VIN should take precedence over registration year if there is any doubt.
Important compatibility notes: Sprint ST VIN 139277–208166 uses a different IACV hose arrangement incorporating Triumph T1242532; a dedicated Tiger Forge Designs kit for this version is under development. Some Triumph catalogues also list these hose part numbers within market-specific evaporative-emissions systems, including Daytona 600/650 applications. These are separate emissions-control applications and do not indicate compatibility with this IACV vacuum hose kit.

Three pre-cut AP automotive silicone vacuum hoses, sized for the Triumph T1242501 / T1242502 IACV arrangement and supplied ready to fit without cutting or modification.
Why Replace the Original Hoses?
Original rubber vacuum hoses can harden, crack and leak with age, causing vacuum-control problems such as unstable idle, hesitation and difficult starting. Silicone provides improved resistance to heat and ageing while remaining flexible. Silicone vs Rubber Vacuum Hose – What’s the Difference?

Design and Manufacture
Manufactured from quality AP automotive silicone hose, with each hose cut to the correct length for the original Triumph IACV routing to ensure correct fit and avoid kinking.
Fitting note: The IACV unit is used across a number of Triumph models, including both three- and four-cylinder engines. On the triple-cylinder models, only three of the four hose ports are used. With the IACV fitted in its normal orientation, the three ports to the left connect to the three throttle bodies; the far-right port is unused/blanked.
If the original hoses are still in place, replacing them one at a time is the safest way to preserve the correct routing.

During Tank Removal
Access to the IACV vacuum hoses requires fuel tank removal. While the tank is off, inspect the fuel tank mounts for signs of compression, cracking or deterioration.
