Overview

Triumph Tiger 885i and 955i luggage restoration kit designed to replace worn, damaged or missing rubber components in the original Triumph top box and pannier system.

This complete kit includes a replacement anti-rattle base pad, rear retaining strip, side stabiliser stops and replacement rubber feet for both the top box and side panniers.

Together, these components restore the fit of the OEM luggage system by reducing unwanted movement, vibration and rattling, helping your luggage feel more secure and substantially quieter in use.

Design and Manufacture

Each component in this kit was reverse engineered from original parts and developed on a Triumph Tiger 955i fitted with the OEM luggage system.

The main anti-rattle pad was modelled from an original degraded rubber pad, while the rear strip and side stabiliser stops were designed to restore the fit of the mounted top box by reducing movement and vibration.

The replacement rubber feet for the top box and side panniers serve a separate function, protecting the luggage when it is removed from the motorcycle and placed on the ground.

All parts are manufactured in-house by Tiger Forge Designs using high-quality black 95A Shore Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU).

TPU was selected for its excellent flexibility, wear resistance and vibration-damping properties, making it particularly well suited to replacing ageing rubber components exposed to weather, compression and regular use.

Compatibility

Compatible with Triumph Tiger 885i and Triumph Tiger 955i models fitted with the original Triumph luggage system and the common rear rack assembly (Triumph Rear Rack T2306893).
