Replacement side pannier bump stops compatible with the Triumph Tiger 955i. Supplied as a matched left and right pair.
Why This Part Exists
These bump stops were not supplied as a separate spare by the manufacturer and were originally only available as part of a complete pannier mounting kit. As a result, worn or missing stops are a common issue on older bikes.
This replacement allows damaged or missing bump stops to be renewed individually, avoiding the need to replace the entire pannier mounting assembly. Restores correct support and reduces unwanted movement and vibration.
Design and Manufacture
Direct-fit replacement bump stops engineered for accurate interface with the original pannier mounting points. The geometry is designed to provide a controlled friction fit, ensuring secure retention while remaining serviceable. Manufactured using precision FDM 3D printing for consistent dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
Material: 95A Shore Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
Manufactured in high-quality TPU selected for durability in real-world motorcycle environments.
Compared with many conventional rubber compounds, TPU offers excellent abrasion resistance, strong tear strength and improved resistance to oils and chain lubricants.
Because components are additively manufactured rather than moulded, geometry and wall thickness can be engineered to achieve the appropriate balance of flexibility and structural support for each specific application.
