Designed to Keep Stuff Working.
The Philosophy – I believe that a machine which has served faithfully for years shouldn’t be destined for the scrap heap just because a single, small part has become unobtainable. Too often, perfectly good equipment is written off not for a lack of engineering, but for a lack of support. Tiger Forge Designs exists to bridge that gap.
The Backstory – After 25 years in the IT industry, I reached a point where the work felt stale. I needed a challenge that involved real-world mechanics and tangible results. I combined a lifelong passion for motorcycles with a deep fascination for 3D printing to create something with a simple, honest purpose: bringing things back from the brink.
The Approach – This isn’t just about making “plastic copies.” Using 3D printing as a modern-day digital forge, I recreate discontinued components or, more importantly, improve upon them. By using high-performance modern polymers and refined geometry, I solve the design flaws of the past to ensure that when a part is replaced, it stays fixed for the long haul.
The Mission – Whether it’s a vintage bike or a piece of gear that “they just don’t make like they used to,” I’m here to provide the small, overlooked solutions that keep your stuff working.
