Parts Request
If you’re struggling to source a replacement component, you’re welcome to get in touch and describe the part you’re looking for. Where there appears to be reasonable demand and a suitable original part can be supplied for assessment, a replacement may be considered for development as a standard product.
This is not a bespoke or custom manufacturing service, and not all requests can be taken forward.
Product Testing Programme
From time to time, early-release or pre-production parts may be made available to selected customers for evaluation and feedback.
Test parts are supplied on a no-charge, no-warranty basis for evaluation purposes only. Participation is by invitation and requires a willingness to provide structured feedback over an agreed period.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day.
