Norton Fuel Tank Bolt Rubber NM22082 / 06-7799 Replacement (Pair)
Product Overview
Replacement fuel tank bolt rubbers compatible with a range of classic Norton twin-cylinder motorcycles.
These stepped mounting rubbers fit beneath the tank mounting bolt assembly and help isolate vibration while supporting the fuel tank in its correct position.
Original rubber components can harden, crack or deteriorate over time, reducing their ability to absorb vibration and maintain proper tank support.
Manufactured in Great Britain by Tiger Forge Designs from flexible TPU and supplied as a pair.

Why This Part Exists
Fuel tank mounting rubbers are subjected to continual vibration, compression and environmental exposure. Over time, original rubber components can deteriorate, affecting tank support and vibration isolation. This replacement component has been developed as a practical alternative for owners maintaining and restoring classic Norton motorcycles.
Design and Manufacture
Reverse engineered from an original NM22082 fuel tank mounting rubber and developed through multiple prototype iterations.
This component is manufactured from premium quality black TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), an engineering material selected for its combination of flexibility, strength and resilience. TPU offers excellent resistance to wear, weathering and repeated flexing, making it well suited to motorcycle applications where vibration, movement and environmental exposure are common.
