Design and Manufacture
Redesigned from the original component while maintaining correct fitment and sealing function. The updated design features a textured surface with integrated grip dimples, making removal and refitting easier than the original smooth cover.
Material: 95A Shore Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
Manufactured in high-quality TPU selected for durability in real-world motorcycle environments.
Compared with many conventional rubber compounds, TPU offers excellent abrasion resistance, strong tear strength and improved resistance to oils and chain lubricants.
Because components are additively manufactured rather than moulded, geometry and wall thickness can be engineered to achieve the appropriate balance of flexibility and structural support for each specific application.
