Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
- is unused
- is in its original condition
- has not been installed or modified
To initiate a return, please use the contact details provided on our website and include your order number and reason for return.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will:
- offer a replacement or refund, and
- reimburse reasonable return postage costs
Photographs or additional information may be requested to help assess the issue.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exclusions
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- custom or made-to-order items
- products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
