Designed as a practical replacement for ageing or deteriorated original tank mounting rubbers commonly found on Featherbed-frame and related Norton applications.

Why These Parts Fail
Original rubber mounts gradually harden, compress, crack, or deform with age, heat, fuel exposure, and vibration.
As the mounts deteriorate, the fuel tank can become loose, unstable, or prone to increased vibration and movement.
Design and Manufacture
Manufactured in flexible TPU using additive manufacturing for repeatable fit and consistent compliance.
Unlike traditional rubber components, TPU offers excellent flexibility, durability, and resistance to cracking and long-term environmental exposure.
The design aims to retain the functional compliance required for fuel tank mounting while improving service life and availability.
