Overview

These mounting rubbers are designed to replace worn, damaged or missing original components used throughout a range of classic Triumph and BSA motorcycles.

Their purpose is to support mounted components while reducing vibration, preventing metal-to-metal contact and helping maintain correct fitment.

Manufactured from flexible TPU, they provide a durable replacement for ageing rubber components which can harden, crack, split or deteriorate over time.

Design and Manufacture

Each mounting rubber was reverse engineered from a purchased replacement sample and reproduced using modern manufacturing techniques. The design was refined through multiple prototype iterations to achieve a level of flexibility and compliance closely matching the original component.

This component is manufactured from premium quality black TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), an engineering material selected for its combination of flexibility, strength and resilience. TPU offers excellent resistance to wear, weathering and repeated flexing, making it well suited to motorcycle applications where vibration, movement and environmental exposure are common.
