A precision 3D-printed replacement coolant reservoir cover for Triumph Tiger 885i and 955i models (T709 / T709EN, 1999 onwards). This part restores a correct, secure seal for owners whose original cover has cracked, perished, or been lost.

Triumph has now discontinued this cover, so finding a replacement when yours splits or goes missing usually means searching bike breakers or online for inferior, degraded used parts. This newly manufactured part fills that gap, giving you a brand-new alternative so you don’t have to rely on worn second-hand components.

Improved Design

While maintaining the exact dimensions and sealing function of the OEM part, this updated design features a textured surface with integrated grip dimples, making removal easier than the OEM which has awkward smooth tapered sides.

Material: Heavy-Duty Black TPU (95A Shore)

Manufactured in high-quality Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), specifically chosen to withstand the harsh, exposed environment on a motorcycle.

• Superior Resistance: Compared to traditional rubber, TPU offers incredible tear strength and abrasion resistance. It also handles constant UV exposure, weather, and road grime without softening or cracking.

• Engineered Strength: Because I 3D print these right here in the workshop rather than molding them, I’ve optimized the wall thickness to give it the perfect balance of flexibility and structural support.
