Replacement relay holders compatible with Triumph motorcycles originally fitted with OEM part T2500259. Designed to replace original rubber holders used to support the relay and wiring harness. Supplied as a pair.

Why This Part Exists

Relay holders are located under the seat, supporting the relay and associated wiring. Over time, original rubber holders degrade, harden and split, allowing the relay to move or drop out of position. This can lead to unwanted movement, poor support, and additional strain on the wiring. This replacement provides a serviceable solution for renewing worn holders, restoring proper support and stability.

Design and Manufacture

Engineered as a direct-fit replacement, with geometry developed to replicate the original mounting interface while improving durability in use. The design provides the required flexibility to support the relay and wiring harness while maintaining positional stability. Precision-manufactured in-house using 3D printing processes.

This component is manufactured from premium quality black TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), an engineering material selected for its combination of flexibility, strength and resilience. TPU offers excellent resistance to wear, weathering and repeated flexing, making it well suited to motorcycle applications where vibration, movement and environmental exposure are common.
